Based upon a short story concept entitled Tumbleweed and the Phoenix Mob, it is the tale of a small band of misfit outlaws seeking refuge in a lawless California town. Each with a criminal past, but fueled with a desire for redemption, they are unceremoniously enlisted by the town mayor to covertly enforce order and guidance. However, the secrets of their past will pale in comparison to the hidden mysteries of the town and its unique residents.
